I’m Shaniece Wauchope-Graham, founder of VIP Ministries and a Publishing & Purpose Coach.
I work with successful believers who look accomplished on the outside but feel misaligned on the inside. They’ve built careers, credentials, and even ministries, yet they know God has been calling them to shift, obey, and steward something more.
I know that feeling personally.
THE MISALIGNMENT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
In 2015, I began pursuing my PhD, fully committed, highly capable, and outwardly successful. Two years into the program, I knew in my spirit that this was not what God had called me to do.
Yet I stayed.
I stayed because I had already started.
I stayed because people expected me to finish.
I stayed because walking away felt irresponsible, even though obedience was tugging at me.
In 2017, I received a prophetic word that changed everything: “Write that book.” I didn’t know what the book was yet, and I didn’t feel qualified. Fear, insecurity, and delay set in. I postponed obedience and tried to build alignment through other means.
Then in 2019, I heard a truth that shook me to the core: “The longer you delay what God has instructed you to do, the more souls are perishing.” That same week, my book coach reached out to me. I had no money, but I said yes anyway.
That book was the catalyst for everything I do today.
WHAT A BOOK BIRTHED
From obedience came authorship.
From authorship came alignment.
From alignment came impact.
That first book became the foundation for:
The Honourable Call to Prayer Line
Small groups and discipleship communities
Coaching, teaching, and ministry platforms
A publishing ministry.
I eventually walked away from the degree so I could walk in obedience. On the outside, I once looked successful. On the inside, I was wrestling with purpose. A book became the turning point.
WHAT I DO NOW
Today, I help believers who are successful but misaligned return to intimacy with God and obey the assignment they’ve been postponing through writing and publishing the book God placed inside them.
This is not relationship coaching or self-help. This is identity, obedience, and purpose. Because alignment with God precedes every other area of life, and books are often the obedience point.
MY APPROACH
I bring prophetic conviction without condemnation, pastoral care, and coaching clarity.
I teach. I coach. I activate.
I steward authors from hesitation to execution, and from manuscripts to impact.
Everything I do comes back to one truth:
God uses obedience to unlock impact, and books often carry the key.
That is why my work centers on birthing ministries through books.
