You are looking for someone to write the book for you. Shan is a midwife, not a ghostwriter. Her job is to get the book out of you, not to produce it on your behalf.
You have not completed the Obedient Writer Workshop. You need a concept and an outline before you walk in. That foundation is the prerequisite.
You are not willing to be held accountable. This room requires your presence and your obedience. It will not work otherwise.

In 2017, God told me to write that book. I delayed it, doubted myself, and hid, until a single sermon shook me so deeply I could not ignore the call anymore. My pastor looked me in the eye and said, the longer you take to do what God told you to do, the more souls perish.
I had no money and no clear plan. I said yes anyway.
From that one yes came a prayer line, a purity group, coaching programs, and an entire publishing ministry. I walked away from a PhD to walk fully into my assignment.
I have written five books. I know what the battle feels like from the inside. And I know that your problem is not that you cannot write. Your problem is that you have been trying to finish alone.

Shan reviews your outline in the group hot seat. It is sharpened, locked, and writing begins. This is where the clarity you built in the workshop gets confirmed before a single chapter is written.
Chapter one
Submitted and spoken into
You submit chapter one. Shan reviews it individually. That feedback is your compass for the entire manuscript. It is the one individual review and it sets the standard for everything that follows.
Every Tuesday
The room opens
Weekly group sessions. Co-writing, prayer, accountability, and open hot seat. Every session is recorded. You show up, you write, you are covered. That is the rhythm for twelve weeks.
Week twelve
You are commissioned
You submit your finished first draft. Shan prays over you and your manuscript by name. You leave The Labor Room decided, finished, and ready for the next chapter of your assignment.
